All listings must be accurate and lawful. You must own or have the right to sell/rent any item you list. Prohibited items include illegal goods, stolen property, and anything that violates New Zealand law.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account without their permission.
Basic listings are free. Optional premium upgrades are charged as displayed at time of purchase. All prices are in NZD and include GST where applicable.
Tradynz is a marketplace platform and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We encourage users to resolve disputes directly. Persistent issues can be reported to our team.
Tradynz provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, post fraudulent listings, or engage in harmful conduct.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
